A charming Swiss-style inn with inviting indoor and outdoor spaces, perfect for gathering, relaxing, and making. Most activities take place here, with a few special events in nearby scenic locations.

Friday, Sept 19 – Welcome & Connection

5:00 PM – Check-In
Pick up your welcome packet, swag bag, and full weekend itinerary. Build your own Blue Sky Alpaca Metalico Cowl Kit and choose your favorite color pairing to bring your personal touch to projects all weekend.

6:00–8:00 PM – Opening Celebration @ Baileys Run Winery & Distillery
Ease into the weekend with a relaxed evening of connection. Enjoy a buffet dinner and open bar on the covered patio (indoor seating available) while taking in beautiful views. Meet fellow makers, share stories, and let the weekend’s creativity begin. Shuttle provided.

Saturday, Sept 20 – Inspired Exploration

Start the day slowly with warm drinks, fresh food, and friendly conversation.

  • Gentle morning yoga by the pool (limit 20; pool passes included for off-site guests) – awaken your body and center your mind

  • Foraging walk with Belle through the New Glarus woods (State Park pass required) – discover local flora and gather inspiration for your creative projects

  • Wet Felted Flowers with Jarka – explore color, texture, and creativity as you craft your own vibrant wool flowers

12:00 PM – Lunch
Chef Laura of Thyme Savor Cuisine serves fresh, seasonal dishes (including vegetarian and GF options) in a relaxed, communal setting. Take a moment to share your morning creations or plan your afternoon projects.

1:00–3:00 PM Creative Free Time
Relax, craft, or wander. Options include:

  • Crafting Guide-a-Long with Amber (press flowers, project journals)

  • Crafting Guide-a-Long with Shannon (knitting, watercolor, terrariums)

  • Open crafting spaces to gather, chat, and make together

  • Optional charity projects

Sunday, Sept 21 – Nature, Reflection & Creative Closure
